“ Positivity breeds positivity “

It was another outstanding event last February 10,2012 in Edmark Abu Dhabi Office wherein we had our 1^st SSM ( Arabic session ) given by our dynamic leader SM Fawsia Ali Elagami. It started at 6:00pm wherein it had attended by numerous numbers of edmarkers from Abu Dhabi. RM Fawsia had explained it well to our new members from non- managers and below how to achieve the manager’s position and by following the three steps ahead. Also she had given her personal testimony as a sample in demonstrating the modules. Also for our second part of SSM in English were given by our outstanding leader from Dubai Mr. Walied Hajjaj. He had given emphasis on hitting your goals and be consistent and dedicated in doing the Edmark business. Tips also in being a great leader is that you must set a good example and by communicating / sharing the business to others with enthusiasm will surely reach you at the top.

After the seminar we had our Social Night & Recognition of members from Ruby Managers and below for the month of November – December 2011. The programme was started by Muslim prayer given by Ms Fawsia Ali Elagami and Christian prayer by Diane Capilitan marketing staff of Edmark Abu Dhabi. An Inspirational talk was given by SM Tareq Abdelghaffar in Arabic on how he started his business in Edmark and was translated by Ms Fawsia that it was introduced by a friend and he loved the products for its benefits for his health. So he shared it to his friends and from then on he had continued in using the products and sharing to other people as well. Then followed by giving of certificate by our franchise owner CM Rosalinda Tinio to our outstanding distributors namely Naib Ali,Tariq Abu Alnasr, Bezunesh Senbeta and Zakir Hussain. Also in celebration of the love month we had our pre Valentine ’s Day celebration wherein we had chosen Ms Fawsia as Queen of hearts and Mr. Walied as King of hearts. Then followed by exciting game like Baloon Battle Game which is participated by AUH edmarkers and won by the girls team. Also to burn the fats and calories a dance energizer was given by members headed by Ms Maricar Carreon. And for closing remarks it was given by our CM Rosalinda Tinio to continue sharing the business to other people and have faith with our Almighty God.

After the event we had shared a sumptuous dinner given by Edmark Abu Dhabi members.

EVENT            :           GOALS SETTING SEMINAR (GSS)

 It seems only yesterday but the sense of excitement still hangs in the air as Edmark concluded another milestone with the Goals Setting Seminar. The Event was held on the 27^th of January 2012 at Cassells Al Barsha, Dubai, UAE as much gusto as there were 105 edmarkers  participated with us during the training.

After the participants had a lively welcome and a high five  from the Edmark Leaders as they trooped to the Function, the Seminar kicked off as they were led to a number of Energizer Dances from Ms. Maricar & Ms. Elaine. Energy filled the Venue with the dynamic speakers delivering powerful messages to the business partners who attended.

First off, the attendees were introduced to the Edmark University of Success by our T3 Master SM Icho Maestrado in Module 1 as she emphasized the Value of the Edmark Education System including the Objective of having the Goals Setting Seminar. He also shared the Stages one has to undergo in EES in order to succeed in the Business.

Diamond Manager Ferdinand Si shared his insights on Module 2: How to Become A Highly Effective & Independent Individual/Distributor. Here he emphasized the Habits to be acquired to become such an Individual. He also stressed the Importance of Our Responsibility and the Object of our Focus in the Quadrant of Activity. Participants were called to List down their Priorities in Response.

The Module was capped with a Video Presentation on Goals symbolized as Small and Big Rocks and how they would all fit in Life represented in a Glass Bowl.

After the Edmarkers were treated to a Dance energizer, Crown Manager Nancy Sanoria shared her expertise in Module 3: Knowing Your Quadrant 2 Goals by introducing the S.M.A.R.T.E.R. Concept of Goal Setting and prioritizing Goals in terms of Big Rocks. The participants were tasked with filling up their Goal Cards in availing the Double Bonus Marketing Plan from Distributors to Crown Managers through a definite Time Frame.

Double Crown Manager Kenneth Lumapas shared his message in Module 4: How to Get What You Really Want. She emphasized the value of doing the right action to change & improve life through proactive transformational physiology, focus and vocabulary. A large number of Edmark Managers and Business Partners were called to stand with her in recognition of her contribution as Edmark achievers.

After a Buffet Dinner of Sumptuous Treats and Delicacies, Edmarkers were treated to another Dance Number.

In Module 5 & 6, T3 master SM Elmer Aguinaldo stressed the importance of availing of Books (Copycat Marketing 101 by Burke Hedges) & CDs (Power Talk by Sam Low, Edmark CEO) on Network Business as Marketing Tools and participation in EES Seminars (HLS, NDT, MDR, SSM, STP, TNT) to equip the Edmarkers to perform better and familiarize with the Benefits of being Part of Edmark International as a Business Partner.

The Last 2 Modules were no less Dynamic as Crown Manager Rolando Marqueses delivered a Dramatic Message on Self Talk and the Power of Dream Building.

Here he shared that Building Stronger Self-Esteem is Crucial to Building and Living Dreams and the Role of Edmark Business in helping achieve Goals.

To wrap it all up, A Video Presentation on the Future Edmark City was shown as Edmarkers sang and danced in Celebration to Realizing the Dream. See you at the Top on the next GSS!
